7 Logo Design Tips

Keep in mind that a powerful logo design:

* has a strong, balanced image with no little extras that clutter its look;

* is distinctive and bold in design, making it easy to see at a glance;

* has graphic imagery that looks appropriate for your business;

* works well with your company name;

* is done in an easy to read font;

* communicates your business clearly; and

* looks good in black and white, as well as in color.

I haven't been updating my site because I was creating a new layout for the lab since I thought it needed a new face lift so the site is much cleaner and straight forward. I did some research on other designers portfolio, I must say there is a lot great designers out there with talent. And its another reason why I should update my site to a new layout. In this layout I decided to design a simple layout with a simple css format. The only difference between this version and the previous site was that portfolio page is updated and organized to its format & medium.

Note: the site is still being modified and updating the portfolio page to put in new work. so stay tuned.
