Today I went to go buy a basic Wacom Bamboo tablet for drawing and sketching at Fry's Electronic store in Tustin. Can we say its a good investment to the New Year. So far the price is in my budget, but as I was searching for the tablets at Fry's there were many different models. And the Two that were in my price range were Wacom Bamboo Basic ($69.99) and Wacom Bamboo Fun for ($99.99). I bought the Bamboo basic because the Bamboo Fun just had a mouse and extra software which I already have at home. Plus the the Bamboo Fun looked a little bulky and "toyish" while the basic looked sophisticated and clean.
Installing and hooking up the tablet was a breeze. Just plug it into your USB 2.0 and its ready to go. Its precise and sensitive when drawing or sketching an illustration on adobe photshop. Its a great tool if your into graphic design where you don't have to rely and get frustrated on your mouse as you draw pictures or cleaning up stuff. The pen is accurate and on point as you move your pen around the 5.8" x 3.7" active area.

Overall rating 8.5/10 *GOOD BUY*
I recommend this to friends who are into digital illustration
It would of been nice if they added an extra pen, but you cant get everything :)
